In this role, you’ll provide Level 2/3 support across a range of enterprise systems, including Oracle HCM, Preceda, SAP BTP, Momentum Pro, Manhattan, Pronto, Proman and other ERP/Supply Chain solutions. You’ll play a key part in ensuring business-critical applications run smoothly, while also identifying opportunities for process and system improvements.Your Key ResponsibilitiesProvide application and integration support across Bapcor’s enterprise systems.Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution with vendors and internal teams.Maintain system documentation, integration catalogues, and knowledge base articles.Support system testing, UAT, release management, and change control processes.Monitor exception reports and perform data reconciliations between systems.Collaborate with business stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.Provide after-hours/on-call support when required. What You’ll BringWe’re looking for a technically strong problem-solver with:3 years’ experience in application support or system administration.Hands-on experience with SQL, XML, SOAP/REST web services, and EDI integrations.Familiarity with enterprise applications such as Oracle HCM, Preceda, SAP BTP, Manhattan, Pronto, Momentum Pro (or similar ERP/WMS systems).Knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow highly regarded) and monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog).Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a logical, data-driven approach.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.A collaborative mindset and willingness to go beyond resolving incidents to address systemic issues.
