You’ll keep our systems running smoothly, respond to technical issues with speed and professionalism, and work with external vendors when higher-level support is required. You’ll also drive IT initiatives, from system upgrades to software implementation, ensuring technology supports our growth and efficiency. This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll provide day-to-day support, manage hardware and software, and act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on innovation and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities Provide IT support and troubleshooting for staff across multiple offices. Maintain and support servers, networks, phones, printers, and other hardware. Manage equipment inventory, setup, configuration, and secure disposal. Onboard and offboard employees, including account setup and IT inductions. Coordinate IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and new software rollouts. Assist with security, backups, disaster recovery, and compliance processes. Research, pilot, and recommend new technology initiatives, including AI tools and cloud services. About you We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems. You’ll bring: Proven IT support experience, ideally in multi-site or professional services environments (accounting/finance experience desirable but not essential). Strong Windows server, networking, and Microsoft 365 skills. Proficiency with hardware configuration and troubleshooting (PCs, printers, phones). Excellent organisational and communication skills. Knowledge of VoIP systems, print management, and cloud solutions. Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified, CompTIA A, Network).
