What You’ll Be DoingAs a senior technical expert, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering high-impact support, mentoring others, and driving innovation across client environments. Your day-to-day will include:Designing and implementing advanced system architecture across a range of client environmentsLeading security administration and best practices to ensure robust, secure systemsDelivering cloud solutions with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environmentsDriving virtualisation projects and optimising infrastructure performanceSolving complex, escalated issues with advanced troubleshooting skills across varied IT landscapesSharing your expertise with the team – mentoring Level 1 and 2 techs to uplift capability What You’ll BringAdvanced troubleshooting of desktops, servers, and networks (Windows/Mac/Linux environments)Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams administrationMicrosoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert certificationStrong understanding of IT infrastructure: DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, routing/switchingExperience with endpoint security tools and advanced malware/virus remediationBackup and disaster recovery solutions configuration and troubleshootingCloud technology expertise (Azure, AWS, SaaS platforms)Understanding of ITIL practicesDegree or Diploma in Information TechnologyAWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional (highly regarded)
