We're Hiring: Business Analyst – AI Strategy & Coordination Location: Melbourne CBD (Hybrid) Duration- Initial 6 months Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for AI and business transformation? We're seeking a Business Analyst with strong project coordination skills to help deliver our AI strategy and roadmap and support the planning of AI initiatives. This is not a standard delivery BA role — we’re looking for someone who can lead business initiatives, run discovery workshops, and provide strategic advisory, ideally with experience in AI-related projects. What makes you a good fit Proven system solution analytical experienceExperience in providing project coordination services on ICT delivery projectsExperience documenting business requirements and functional designs (e.g., user stories, wireframes, mock-ups)Strong stakeholder negotiation skills across business, technical teams, and product ownersAbility to lead workshops and engage directly with solution stakeholdersExperience in process re-engineering (capturing as-is/to-be states)Knowledge of project reporting (status updates, schedules, steering committee packs)Experience in meeting management (scheduling, agendas, minutes/actions)Familiarity with MS Project or reporting tools like ZenoExperience in AI domain or AI-related implementation initiatives (highly desirable)
