We are seeking a qualified and experienced disability support worker for a full-time, permanent position. The duties for this role include: - Personal care - SPC catheter care - Complex bowel care - Diabetes care, including experience with subcutaneous insulin injections - Mealtime management - Transportation - Activity planning - Domestic duties - Managing complex behaviours - Coordination of therapy supports - Care plan management - Occasional extended hours for activities - Computer literacy - Health management The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and experience working with neurodivergent individuals. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable around dogs and demonstrate flexibility and compassion. This is an in-home role, and you will be part of a team providing daily care and activities for a participant.
