As a Maintenance Administrator, you'll join our well-established administration team and play an important role in supporting the coordination and administration of preventative maintenance works. You’ll assist with maintaining records, updating job information, and supporting Account Managers with scheduled reporting. The role also includes general office duties to help keep the workplace running smoothly and professionally. About us We are a West Australian owned and operated commercial plumbing business. The work we complete ranges from general plumbing maintenance, preventative maintenance, grey water treatment plant maintenance, complete pump re-builds and everything in between. Key responsibilities Maintenance Support Tasks Assist with preventative maintenance (PPM) reporting and documentation Create and update client, supplier, and contact files in project management systems On occasion, assist with the creation, scheduling, updating, and closing out of jobs Maintain and update internal checklists for maintenance processes Maintain and update service task inspection records Assist with updating and communicating the on-call roster General office duties include but will not be limited to Daily tidy and restock of the staff kitchen Pick up and distribute incoming mail from the Post Office Assist with maintaining our beautiful office, including watering of plants Key requirements Previous reception and administration experience An exceptional eye for detail with a proven ability to edit professional documents Strong initiative coupled with a high level of self-accountability Previous experience in a service delivery or trade environment will be highly regarded Take pride in presenting yourself and your work well Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team Microsoft Office experience (Excel experience is a must have) Driver's Licence Next steps: please click "submit" or contact Charlotte Mulroy via miplumbers.com.au Please, no agency applicants Commercial Maintenance & Construction Plumbers Since 2004 Licence's PL6792 & PL6794 - GF8234 & GF8563
