About the RoleJudo Western Australia (Judo WA) is seeking a motivated and organised Operations Officer to support the delivery of our programs, events, and services across both metropolitan Perth and regional WA.Reporting to the CEO, this part-time position will play a key role in:Coordinating and supporting Judo WA programs, including schools, inclusion initiatives, State Training, and the Futures Camp.Assisting with the organisation and delivery of competitions and events.Supporting clubs and members, acting as a first point of contact for enquiries.Building relationships with stakeholders such as schools, local government, and community organisations.Providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with funding requirements. About YouWe are looking for someone who is passionate about sport and community engagement, with a keen interest in judo (formal accreditations not required). You will bring:Strong organisational and communication skills.Experience in program coordination, events, or sports administration.The ability to work independently and as part of a team with staff, volunteers, and committees.A current Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain).A current Class C Driver’s Licence.
