You’ll work on diverse projects across residential, commercial, and strata sectors, helping identify defects, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality remedial solutions. What you’ll do:Conduct inspections to identify defects, compliance issues & maintenance needs.Investigate causes and recommend practical remedial solutions.Prepare clear, detailed reports – including expert witness documents.Develop remedial scopes of work.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Mentor junior consultants. What you’ll bring:5–10 years in building/construction, with defect & compliance experience.Strong knowledge of NCC & Australian Standards.Expertise in defect analysis and water intrusion investigations.Experience in remedial consultancy is highly desirable.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Relevant qualifications in Building, Construction, or Engineering.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
