What you’ll do Lead the delivery of complex health and commercial fitout projects from inception through to handover. Drive project performance – managing programme, budget, quality, and client expectations. Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. Lead, mentor, and support your project team to deliver successful outcomes. Champion safety, compliance, and innovation on site. What you’ll bring Degree in Construction Management or related field Proven experience managing fitout or refurbishment projects $5M . Strong commercial acumen and have begun career as a contract administration Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
