The Opportunity This exciting and dynamic guest focused role based out of our Sydney hotel (488 Kent Street), is responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience from check in to departure whilst providing the Fraser Difference - a commitment to continuously develop products and services that meet and exceed the unique needs of our corporate clients and guests. Casual position Opportunity for FT for right applicant City location, close to public transport Award Rates (Hospitality Industry General Award) relevant entitlements including casual and weekend/public holiday penalty rates, overtime superannuation Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and actively meeting and exceeding the needs and expectations of guests Promote and up-sell hotel facilities through strong product knowledge Assist in general reservations tasks such as inputting reservations into the HMS About you You will be a customer focused individual that takes the opportunity of every guest interaction to exceed their expectations. Previous experience in a similar role with in a hotel or serviced residence environment will be highly regarded as will formal hospitality qualifications.
