About the role: We are now accepting applications for a Location Manager to join our team full-time. This role focuses on building strong community presence, delivering exceptional service to families, and leading a high-performing team. You'll be a key advocate of our culture and service standards, supporting families before, during, and after the funeral process. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations and service delivery at a high-volume location Build strong relationships with local stakeholders and community groups Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards Support families with empathy and professionalism throughout the funeral process Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction Represent the brand positively in the community and contribute to local marketing initiatives About you: You possess the capacity to lead, develop, and inspire your team by creating a workplace where people feel valued, challenged and proud to be part of the team Operations, people and finance management for an extremely high-volume location Ability to deliver profit objectives while ensuring outstanding customer service levels Sensitivity to circumstances involving grieving people, their values and beliefs Customer focused with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the public Empathy to interpret the needs of people and clearly communicate options to clients Competent administrative and computing skills and an eye for detail. Flexibility to participate in after hour duties, including occasional weekend arranging.
