Job Description We’re looking for an Event & Experience Coordinator to deliver engaging events and create a great day-to-day workplace experience in our Melbourne office . You’ll be hands-on with event planning and execution, while making sure our office environment is professional, welcoming, and well run. What you'll do: Deliver state-based events for team members, brokers, and partners Support internal events including offsites, training sessions, and celebrations Manage vendors for catering, venues, and supplies Assist with budget tracking and reporting Keep office spaces and meeting rooms well-presented and equipped Oversee office supplies and coordinate restocking Liaise with Facilities and IT for local office needs Support new starter onboarding and office inductions
