Job Description Position Overview: Join Cliveden Dining as a Demi Chef and play a vital role in supporting kitchen operations by preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with creativity and flair. Assist senior chefs in menu preparation, stock control, and maintaining cleanliness, while upholding the highest food hygiene and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and present menu items consistent with hotel standards and cost margins Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and minimising food wastage Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe kitchen environment Support senior chefs with daily kitchen and event operations Train and support junior kitchen staff as needed Follow health, safety, and food hygiene policies strictly
