Our Summer Investment Management Internship opportunity, based in Melbourne is now open to applications Greencape is inviting applications for their 2026 Summer Internship Program. The program is open to penultimate year Undergraduate/Master’s students from diverse backgrounds. The 5-week paid internship program which will commence 2nd February 2026 and from day one you will be involved in exciting projects to set you up for career success. The first week of your internship will be full time hours, supporting and getting exposure to the distribution side of Investment Management with Fidante. Week 2 and 3 you will be part of the fast paced office at Greencape Capital – during reporting season, supporting the Greencape team. The final 2 weeks, you will be supporting our Institutional Business Development team, we can offer flexibility on hours to accommodate your university commitments. About the Opportunity The internship is focused on your own individual learning and development, giving the successful applicant an opportunity to support Greencape’s Portfolio Managers and Analysts on targeted stock and sector research. The candidate will also collaborate on projects and tasks with Greencape’s Institutional Business Development and Client Service team. Required skills and experience needed for the ideal candidate: Recently completed your second year of university, studying: Finance, Commerce, Business, Applied Finance, Economics, Econometrics, Applied Mathematics, or similar related degree. Have a passion, knowledge and interest in markets and equity investing. Be pro-active and self-directed. Have practical experience in excel. Be curious, and not afraid to ask questions.
