Cranfield Group have recently partnered with a leading exhibition and fit-out specialist based on the northern Gold Coast. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to join their high-performing team and help deliver unique, high-profile projects across exhibitions, visitor centers, and museums. The Opportunity This is a salaried role, working approximately 38–40 hours per week, offering variety, creativity, and the chance to be involved in one-of-a-kind projects. You’ll be supervising the delivery of projects ranging in value from $20,000 to $1.2 million, ensuring smooth coordination from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage accurate project quotes and budgets Coordinate subcontractors (joiners, electricians, plumbers, tilers, etc.) Plan and oversee projects end-to-end, ensuring milestones are achieved Manage supplies, logistics, and project documentation Identify risks and resolve issues promptly Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders Travel & Allowances Majority of projects are Gold Coast-based Some projects require short travel (3–4 days at a time) within Queensland $100 per day travel allowance provided when away Company vehicle available for site use (subject to availability) $120k Salary plus super About You Minimum 3 years’ experience in exhibitions, shopfitting, commercial fit-outs, galleries, or museums Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Proven experience preparing quotes, managing supplies, and coordinating subcontractors Ability to balance hands-on supervision with project planning and client communication Why Join?
