As part of our Auburn team, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers – assisting them at the counter, over the phone, and by email. Permanent position Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm, (no weekends!). What you’ll be doing: Greeting customers and providing helpful, friendly service Processing sales at the counter and over the phone Answering enquiries via phone and email Helping keep shelves stocked and orders packed Working closely with your team and suppliers to get the job done. What we’re looking for: A positive, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn. Experience in retail, hardware, or customer service (ideal but not essential) Good communication and people skills Reliable, motivated, and a real team player Australian/NZ citizen or resident (unfortunately we cannot offer sponsorship). No industry experience? No problem! If you’ve worked in a customer-facing role and enjoy helping people, we’ll provide all the training you need.
