About the Role: As part of a collaborative team of Owners Corporation Managers, you’ll service a diverse company portfolio of around 3,000 lots across six buildings, from boutique complexes to large high-rises and a master-plan estate. Supported by administration staff, you’ll focus on: Coordinating and following up AGMs Actioning quotes and maintenance items Partnering with onsite building managers in the larger developments Using Stratamax to manage records and reporting Providing exceptional service to committees and lot owners This role reports directly to the director and sits within a team-oriented, ego-free environment.
