In this role, you will: Oversee clinical governance, quality improvement, and incident reviews. Lead, mentor and development performance across the clinical workforce. Partner with PHOs, Te Whatu Ora, and local health and social services to ensure integrated, wraparound support. Mō te Whakahaere- About the Organisation This position offers the chance to combine clinical leadership with community impact that honours te ao Māori and strengthens hauora. Based in Taranaki, you’ll work across two well-equipped medical centres located 20 minutes apart. Together they provide a full spectrum of primary care services, including family and occupational health, minor procedures, vaccinations, and in-house pathology.
