Responsibilities: Drive Full-Cycle Community NDIS Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, onboard top-tier talent. Craft Strategic Sourcing: Attract Aged Care, Home Care, and National Office stars through key channels. Partner with Senior Leaders: Advise and guide hiring managers across the senior care portfolio. Assess Top-Tier Candidates: Evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit with precision. Deliver Exceptional Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, professional, and transparent journey. Optimise Recruitment Impact: Innovate and improve recruitment strategies for peak performance. What You'll Bring To The Team You will have experience in allied health recruitment.
