The Role This Associate Architect position is a senior leadership role in the Perth studio. You will lead project delivery from inception through to completion, manage client relationships, and play a key part in the growth and strategy of the practice. Responsibilities include: Overseeing and managing the delivery of major projects, ensuring outcomes are on time, on budget and aligned with client vision Leading and mentoring teams across design, documentation and delivery Building and maintaining strong client relationships, including managing tenders, proposals and ongoing project opportunities Driving quality assurance, risk management and project governance Actively contributing to practice culture, innovation, and staff development About You Registration as an Architect with 10 years’ experience (or equivalent senior-level experience) A proven track record in leading complex projects from design through to delivery Strong client-facing and business development skills, with the ability to win repeat work Excellent leadership, mentoring and team management capability Strategic thinking, commercial acumen and an intuitive design eye This is an excellent opportunity for a senior architect to step into a leadership role with a clear pathway toward senior associate and director-level responsibilities.
