We are seeking an experienced Earthworks Supervisor to join our clients team, working on a wide range of projects in the Pilbara. This is a full-time permanent role on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth, with meals, accommodation, vehicle and phone provided. A great opportunity for an established Supervisor or a Leading Hand ready to step up into a leadership role. The Role Lead and supervise on-site project teams to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality earthworks projects Coordinate labour, plant, equipment, and materials across multiple scopes of work Manage scheduling, reporting, and communication with stakeholders Support project delivery in line with client standards and expectations About You Minimum 3 years' experience in civil and detailed earthworks Background as a Supervisor, Foreman, Manager or Leading Hand looking to step up Ability to manage multiple crews and project scopes simultaneously Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint and Excel for reporting Familiarity with Rio Tinto project requirements (desirable) Must be Rio Inducted Why Apply?
