What We Offer Competitive salary package super (based on experience) Secure, full-time position with a well-established business Exciting projects spanning bespoke kitchens, wardrobes, and custom residential joinery Commercial fit-outs across retail, hospitality, and office spaces ⚙️ State-of-the-art workshop facilities and supportive team environment Career development opportunities within a professional and quality-driven company The Role You will be responsible for: Manufacturing and assembling custom cabinetry and joinery in the workshop Onsite installation of cabinetry in both residential and commercial settings Reading and interpreting detailed shop drawings and architectural plans Delivering work to the highest standards with a focus on precision and finish Liaising with team members and site managers to ensure smooth project delivery About You Trade qualified Cabinet Maker (or equivalent experience) Proven experience in high-end residential joinery (kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, bespoke detailing) Background in commercial cabinetry and fit-outs (offices, retail, hospitality projects) Strong technical ability with workshop machinery, hand tools, and installation processes Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, motivated, and looking for long-term stability Location & Salary Salary: $80K-$90K Super (depending on experience) In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment .
