Barrio Developments is entering a new phase of growth, with over 200 apartments and multiple commercial projects underway. To help manage this next chapter, we’re creating a hands-on role for a Development & Projects Coordinator to work directly with the Director and act as his right hand. What makes this role unique? It can flex around your strengths. We’re open to someone who is: Outstanding at marketing — able to take ownership of campaigns, sales support, client communications and settlement journeys. Exceptional on site — confident managing consultants, attending inspections, documenting and following up, and overseeing defect rectifications. Either way, you’ll be an extension of the Director, freeing up his time by managing projects, people and processes — and ensuring nothing is missed. Key Outcomes of the Role Coordinate project consultants — including architects, engineers, planners and builders Track development timelines, approval pathways and deliverables Attend and document site meetings and inspections, and follow up actions Assist with builder liaison and defect rectification processes Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and support with project administration Provide support to marketing and sales efforts (e.g. scheduling inspections, client updates, campaigns) Support the apartment sales journey by liaising with agents, coordinating settlements, and ensuring a seamless experience for buyers and stakeholders Step in to support our student accommodation business during leasing or turnover peaks About You To excel in this role, you will bring: Previous experience in property, construction, project coordination or marketing Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Strong communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders A commercial understanding — you’re not in sales, but you get why selling matters The ability to adapt your focus depending on where the business most needs you — marketing or site delivery A valid driver’s licence About Barrio Developments Barrio is not your average developer.
