YOUR ROLE (Depending on Experience): Deliver projects from inception to completion. Mentor and support junior staff while growing your leadership profile. Drive compliance, safety, and quality across the project lifecycle. Manage budgets, programs, and scope – ensuring outcomes are delivered. Liaise with stakeholders and represent the builder professionally. Report on progress, lead meetings, and keep the project on track. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR: You’ve worked in commercial construction within Australia. You’re driven, organised, and confident managing projects and people. You can work across project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar). Experience in high-rise, defence, or industrial projects is highly regarded – but not essential. Whether you’re early in your career and ready to step into your first PM role, or already running multi-million-dollar projects, there’s an opportunity waiting for you.
