The Role We are looking for an experienced Property Projects Manager to join our dynamic Property team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the successful delivery of property projects across our national network. Reporting to the Head of Property Projects & Facilities, this position is responsible for managing property projects, with a key focus on service delivery, driving efficiencies, cost control, WHS and risk mitigation. Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To Lead end-to-end project delivery, overseeing multiple projects from planning through to completion.Coordinate planning, design, and construction activities, ensuring compliance with standards and legislation.Drive stakeholder engagement by building strong relationships with internal and external parties.Implement governance and risk management frameworks across all projects.Manage planning and authority approvals with councils and local government.Apply project management methodologies and industry best practice.Facilitate and manage the engagement of consultants and builders.Interpret building plans and regulations to oversee work progress, ensuring compliance with schedules and budgets.Maintain quality control and implement cost-effective construction practices.Ensure compliance with State and local laws and regulations.Contribute to continuous improvement through post-occupancy evaluations.Ensure robust project team formation and alignment for effective collaboration and streamlined delivery.Support new clinic openings.Build and manage relationships with site-based property management. This Role will require some interstate travel;is a fixed-term role (6 or 12 months); andis based in South Melbourne, VIC, with flexibility to work in a hybrid capacity. Essential Qualifications & Experience Tertiary qualifications or certifications in Project Management, Business Management, or a related discipline.3 years' of experience in property development and/or fit-out projects.Solid understanding of legislative, regulatory, and planning frameworks relevant to property and construction.Proven proficiency in project management methodologies and ability to apply best practice principles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks/issues and implement effective solutions.Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities and evolving project requirements.Advanced IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project).Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within time, cost, and quality parameters.Superior attention to detail, accuracy and quality of work.Effective time management and organisational skills. Desirable Experience in healthcare, allied health and/or medical industry.
