The Role: Managing a portfolio of up to approx. 200 properties (depending on experience) Liaise with Rental Providers and Renters Managing lease renewals and routine inspections Managing arrears, rent increases and property maintenance Preparing Entry and Exit Reports Experienced in VCAT Exceptional customer service and addressing all matters in a timely manner The Perks: Competitive salary on offer with commissions on top of your salary Monday to Friday 1 Day WFH Vibrant, youthful, inspiring and growing company No trust accounting Admin and Leasing support provided Company phone & lap top provided To be considered for this role, the successful applicant must have: Minimum 12 months property management experience & looking for career progression Senior Property Manager experience welcomed An understanding of relevant Real Estate Legislation and Regulations Previous experience with PropertyMe (preferred but not essential) Be exceptionally well presented and possesses excellent communication skills both verbally and written Have a strong work ethic with a “can do” attitude Be able to work efficiently and effectively under pressure High attention to detail for processes and procedures Be able to follow processes and identify areas for improvement and efficiency A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong communication skills The ability to multi-task and stay organised Must have a valid Agent's Representative Certificate Must have a Victorian valid driver's licence and reliable car Current Police Check
