The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of conceptualising and executing large-scale destination projects, with deep expertise in urban development, architecture, strategic planning, ROI evaluation, leasing, monetisation models, and stakeholder engagement.This role will involve close collaboration with the high-profile Board, playing a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s growth trajectory and delivering landmark developments that redefine urban experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end development of multiple land-banks into high-value destinations.Collaborate with global architects and consultants to conceptualise and finalise master plans.Develop and implement world-class strategies aligned with the organisation’s mission and long-term vision.Evaluate and optimise ROI models, leasing strategies, and monetisation frameworks.Ensure timely execution of projects with uncompromised quality and adherence to global standards.Partner with business leaders across geographies to support strategic workforce planning and business decisions.Represent the organisation in high-level engagements with consultants, regulatory bodies, and investment partners.Profile20-25 years of leadership experience in real estate development, preferably with large regional conglomerates, global real estate organisations, or top-tier consulting firms.Demonstrated success in developing large land parcels into commercial, retail, or mixed-use destinations.Strong global network of consultants, architects, and urban planners.Expertise in strategic planning, urban design, financial modelling, and project execution.Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural leadership skills.Educational qualifications: Civil Engineering and/or MBA with significant international exposure.Kindly respond with details/contacts to srini@maxima.com.sg
