The Role: Reporting to the Finance Manager, the role will be responsible for assisting with the month end process and some project accounting including: Collate weekly cost repots and provide feedback to the engineering team on errors and findingsProvide template training to new engineers on Weekly and Monthly cost reportsPrepare Monthly Yard and Overhead report and cost root analysis, variation analysis to budgetAssist with preparation of Monthly Management Accounts, variation analysisAssist with preparation of business forecastAssist with new system implementationBank and corporate credit card reconciliations and cost trackingBalance Sheet reconciliation and Posting JournalsAd Hoc Reporting as required Requirements: Strong systems skills including ExcelCA or CPA qualified or part qualifiedProject accounting and construction highly regardedStrong stakeholder skills - be able to converse at all levelsGood work ethic and down to earth To apply for this role please submit your resume to Tim Barnard via the Apply Now button below.
