Fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to help drive patient referral growth across your territory by engaging directly with GPs, specialists, and allied health professionals. This is a highly visible, field-based role where you’ll partner closely with healthcare providers to strengthen networks, build trusted relationships, and deliver meaningful outcomes for patients and their families. As the BDM, you will be reporting to the National Business Development Manager: Develop and execute tailored business development plans to expand referral channels.Engage regularly with GPs and allied health professionals to build long-term partnerships.Support the onboarding of new specialists by connecting them with referral networks.Collaborate with marketing and events teams to deliver education programs, CPD events, and targeted campaigns.Provide market insights and track referral trends to shape ongoing strategy. The Successful Candidate Will Have Proven success in GP Sales or Business development (experience in Women’s Health, B2B Pharmaceuticals, or allied health is highly regarded).Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and engage clinical professionals.Background in field-based roles with a track record of growing referral pipelines.Confident presenter with experience delivering educational content.Proficiency in CRM systems and strong reporting skills.Self-starter with excellent time management and the ability to work autonomously.
