Google & Meta Ads Specialist ADAD is looking for a kick-a, straight talking Google & Meta Ads Specialist to join our growing digital team and work across a dynamic portfolio of accounts. The Role We’re on the hunt for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and driving measurable results. As the go-to person for your portfolio of digital clients, you’ll play a key role in strategy, campaign execution and performance optimisation, while keeping communication clear and client goals front of mind. You’ll work closely with senior team members and clients to craft tailored digital solutions that fuel growth and success. This isn’t a reporting only gig, you’ll be hands-on inside the platforms making campaigns sing. What you’ll be doing: • Building and maintaining strong, positive client relationships • Working in Google Ads and Meta Ads to create, optimise and scale campaigns • Managing and growing client accounts to deliver real results • Ensuring smooth campaign delivery, performance tracking and ongoing optimisation • Supporting client retention and growth by being proactive, solutions focused and reliable About You • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a digital agency environment across Google and META, but other experience may be considered. • Strong skills in Google Ads and Meta Ads, from setup to optimisation to reporting • Outstanding communication skills: confident, friendly and easy to connect with • A consultative, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to lead conversations and influence outcomes • A positive, motivated team player with a can-do attitude and dynamic energy Why ADAD?
