Summary of Duties Deliver high-quality customer service to WA vaccine providers and stakeholders. Monitor ordering trends and cold chain management to reduce vaccine wastage. Support public health units with thermal stability issues of vaccines. Review and improve vaccine management procedures and documentation. Maintain and communicate yellow fever-related policies and information. Provide data insights to support program and policy development. Identify and report significant issues or complaints in vaccine distribution. Share information on immunisation program changes with relevant stakeholders. Participate in immunisation projects and undertake additional duties as needed. Essential Selection Criteria Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and attention to detail. Skilled in using databases, online ordering systems, and data tools (especially Excel). Proven ability to deliver proactive customer support. Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team. Desirable Criteria Understanding of the National Immunisation Program.
