Your Impact We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our team and take the lead in delivering exceptional user experiences. While you’ll contribute across the front and back-end, your primary focus will be front-end development , where you’ll craft responsive, high-performance applications. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of our software products while mentoring junior developers and championing best practices. What you'll be doing Develop and implement front-end applications using React & Angular, ensuring exceptional usability and performance. Collaborate with design teams to transform Figma designs into pixel-perfect, functional interfaces. Support back-end development when needed, utilizing C#, VB.Net and related technologies. Optimize application performance for speed and efficiency. Review code, mentor junior developers, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment. Stay ahead of emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive. What you’ll bring Strong expertise in front-end and back-end development including React, Angular & C# Experience with design systems and component libraries (e.g., Material.io, NextUI.org). Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques. Knowledge of back-end technologies, including C#, SQL/PostgreSQL Familiarity with design tools like Figma and workflows such as Flux or Redux. Proficiency in front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine. Beneficial to have cloud experience with AWS or Azure. A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to technical challenges. Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams. A commitment to delivering polished, high-quality solutions that enhance the user experience.
