Responsibilities Lead a global team of test engineers focussing on verification and validation of safety-critical systems. Implement test strategies, plans and methodologies aligned with ISO 13849, IEC 61508 & ISO 26262 compliance requirements. Oversee test design, automation, execution, and defect management for embedded and application-level software. Ensure validation of safety-related software components, including hardware-software integration testing. Implement test automation tools, continuous integration/continuous testing (CI/CT) pipelines, and metrics dashboard. Your Background/Experience Tertiary qualifications in Software Engineering. Minimum 10 years’ experience in software testing including 5 years in a leadership role. Solid Demonstrated experience in testing safety-critical systems in line with ISO 13849, IEC 61508 and ISO 26262. Extensive experience in embedded systems, control software and safety validation. Extensive experience with test management and requirement tools (DOORS, Polarion, Jira, ALM). Strong background in test automation, CI/CD, and safety validation tools. Extensive knowledge of model-based testing – HIL and SIL testing environments. What’s On Offer?
