Overview Senior Product Manager - Authorisation & Entitlements at Commonwealth Bank Within Retail Banking Services (RBS) the Customer Identity & Digital Trust Services Domain builds scalable services for consumption across the Enterprise including the CommBank app and Netbank, and into other business lines. Responsibilities You will be an innovator who is willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into complex technical and organisational challenges, making decisions with data. You will partner with Group Security and Retail Technology to contribute to the vision and product strategy and roadmap of customer identity and digital security for the digital assets that serve our customer segments in CBA. You will continuously define ways to build strong preventative controls that protect customers and make CBA the safest place for customers to manage their money. You will design and deliver identity and authorisation solutions, with a focus on identity, authorisation & entitlements, and digital security; stay aligned to latest industry developments and organisational goals. You will track industry trends and the competitive landscape and be responsible for performance and measurement of product/service effectiveness. You will have strong experience in identity and authorisation solutions, protocols/standards and products, and lead the complete product lifecycle from conception to launch and ongoing measurement. Qualifications & Experience A senior strategic professional with proven leadership, influencing and facilitation capabilities Experience in building digital experiences to strengthen digital security, authorisation and entitlements; knowledge of Agentic AI desirable Excellent analytical capability and strong commercial acumen Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Proven results in introducing innovative technology and digital security solutions to strengthen controls in preventing fraud and scams Expert written communication and presentation skills Effective interpersonal skills – collaboration, influencing, negotiation, conflict resolution Additional Information If this sounds like you, apply today.
