Responsibilities Accurate data entry of timesheet hours, applicable checks for completeness and submission of weekly pay Administer site visitor access and site delivery registers Assist materials team with the receipt and logging of permanent materials Assist HSE and HR personnel to coordinate seamless new starter first day process. Collation of information required for Daily Force Report to Client, Daily Sign Ons and Delivery Register, Plant and Equipment Pre-starts to Vendors, Project Control Weekly Report, and other reports. Maintenance of project training matrix and associated training records. including issuing of project specific document numbers and maintain version control. Arrange access, PPE preparation and collection / escorting of site visitors. Effectively cooperate and communicate with project team to provide day-to-day administrative support. Skills & experience 3-5 years industry experience in a similar role Relevant qualification in appropriate discipline e.g. Cert IV in Business Administration, or equivalent demonstrated competency. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels. High level of proficiency and expertise using document management systems, Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Word and Excel in particular). Developed time management skills to effectively manage competing priorities and meeting deadlines. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively work both within a team and autonomously, be proactive and able to use initiative. Problem solving skills, high attention to detail and self-discipline.
