Our client, a leading veteran advocacy organisation, is seeking a compassionate, professional, and purpose-driven Case Manager / Advocate to join their growing team. About the Role As a Case Manager, you will play a key role in guiding veterans through the MRCA claims process, ensuring they receive the benefits and support they are entitled to. This is a meaningful, part-time position (36 hours/week over 4 days) offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a highly supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Manage MRCA claims from initial contact to resolution Provide accurate and empathetic advice to veterans and their families Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth case progression Maintain confidential and detailed records Advocate for clients’ needs with professionalism and care About You Experience with DVA claims, incapacity payments, or veteran support services Strong understanding of MRCA frameworks Excellent communication and advocacy skills Clinical experience (nursing, allied health, or similar) highly regarded Former DVA delegates or those with related backgrounds encouraged to apply Join a team dedicated to honouring our veterans and ensuring they receive the care, dignity, and support they deserve.
