We are looking for a Partnership and Integration Manager to lead strategic collaboration across different sectors to ensure the Connect to Work programme is implemented and successfully maintained. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with partners including local authorities, VCSE organisations, education and training providers, health partners, and employers. Ensure the Connect to Work programme aligns with wider local strategies. Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders. Lead on the operational and technical integration of Connect to Work with other relevant services and programmes across Cumbria Contribute to the overall design, implementation and evaluation of the programme. This role is available on an Initial 3 year fixed-term basis.
