Position Description Due to growth in the business, they are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel in Sydney. This role will see you report to the Regional Manager of Legal and supports businesses in the APAC region, with a strong focus on projects in Australia. You will work on a range of matters including: Overseeing legal matters in Asia Pacific. Collaborating on deal structuring, negotiation, and closure for regional projects. Providing legal guidance to management and project teams during project execution. Assisting in dispute resolution. Requirements The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years’ post admission experience in major projects (e.g. infrastructure, renewable energy). There may also be some travel required from time to time. In addition, you will have: Strong business acumen and pragmatic problem-solving ability. Exceptional advisory, negotiation, and drafting skills. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships across all business levels.
