Team Coordinator - Power Systems Distribution – Permanent Full-time – Balcatta, NOR We are seeking Team Coordinators to join our team at our Balcatta Depot on a Permanent Full-Time basis. As a Team Coordinator, you will be required to Plan and take a lead role in coordinating onsite work activities enabling teams to construct and maintain the transmission and distribution electricity network. Your Role in Action Plan and prioritise work for each day and coordinate a team in the completion of planned and unplanned work. Manage customer and stakeholder expectations through effective communication, providing understanding of job status and translation of technical issues into common language Be responsible for ensuring that the teams are meeting the required performance each day, in the completion of work. Receive, evaluate, and prepare work parcels for implementation. Ensure prompt attendance to faults and isolate the network for repairs to maintain the integrity of the network and minimise customer impact. Execute programmed construction and maintenance work to ensure safe, reliable and affordable operation of the network. Demonstrate as a role model, personal behaviours in line with business values, codes, standards, and expectations.
