As a key member of the team, your role will see you perform boiler making and welding repairs on a wide range of construction and mining equipment. You will be responsible for: Providing fabrication and repair tasks to a variety of construction and earthmoving equipment Design and fabrication of local options for earthmoving equipment Be able to interpret technical drawings Perform diagnostic evaluation of components and relevant systems Maintain a clean and safe work environment To be successful in this role you will: Ensure the HCA Safety Culture is embraced, displayed and driven from within - safety takes priority over everything else Hold relevant Australian (or Australian recognised) Engineering Fabrication (Boilermaking) trade qualifications Have previous experience working with construction, agricultural or mining equipment Be confined space trained and qualified High Risk Work licences (forklift, dogging, working at heights, etc.) are essential Here at Hitachi, we believe that success comes from the partnership of our market-leading products and the quality of our people.
