Due to a strong pipeline of projects, they are seeking an experienced Design Manager/Design Lead to take ownership of exciting and complex projects from inception to completion. About the Role As Design Manager, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing the design process, coordinating consultants, managing documentation, and ensuring design solutions meet client requirements, budgets, and timelines. You’ll be working closely with the construction team to ensure smooth project delivery and exceptional outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage the design process from concept to construction Coordinate and liaise with architects, consultants, and internal teams Ensure compliance with project requirements, building codes, and budgets Identify and resolve design issues quickly and effectively Oversee documentation and ensure smooth project handovers Lead multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency About You Qualified Architect, Design Manager, or similar background Minimum 8 years’ experience in design management or architectural delivery Proven experience with commercial or high-rise projects Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects independently Why Join This Company?
