You’ll be part of a small, collaborative IT team supporting staff across head office and multiple property sites. The role is hands-on and broad, covering everything from user support through to infrastructure and project work. You’ll get exposure to cloud, networks, and system upgrades not just tickets. What you’ll be doing Provide day-to-day IT support (hardware, software, O365, mobile, printers, networks); Troubleshoot technical issues with a focus on keeping staff productive; Assist with infrastructure projects, system rollouts, and upgrades; Maintain IT assets, documentation, and ensure systems are up to date; and Liaise with external vendors when required. What we’re looking for Previous IT support experience (ideally L1/L2); Confidence with Microsoft 365, Windows, and networking basics; Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities; and Strong communication skills and a “can do” attitude.
