Wallace Street Recruitment is looking for an experienced, engaging and dynamic clinical leader, for this hospital executive leadership role This is an excellent opportunity to work with a progressive Regional CEO and committed hospital team, to deliver high standard patient experiences and outcomes The Chief Executive Officer/Director of Clinical Services (CEO/DCS) has a key role in ensuring patient safety through effective executive leadership and management of all hospital and related services Located in a major regional city in NSW, this lovely private hospital is well established and has a strong team spirit About You As a senior AHPRA Registered Nurse, you will have experience in leading Clinical staff, developing a positive workplace culture, working closely with credentialed Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs) and engaging with multidisciplinary teams. In this role, you will guide the clinical a non-clinical teams ensuring the hospital achieves a balance between efficient service delivery and high quality health outcomes, and meets all aspects of strategic and operational objectives and targets outlined within the strategic plan. The role will look to maximise occupancy rates across the hospital – in-patient and day patient procedures, and seek opportunities to grow and expand in high priority areas identified within the hospital’s strategic plan.
