Job Responsibilities: Support throughout the M&A lifecycle, including HR due diligence, organizational design, workforce integration, cultural alignment, managing communications and change management efforts. Project manage various elements of the integration phase, including onboarding. Work closely with the Director, People M&A to provide insights and recommendations on talent and organizational design and ensuring all phases of the M&A process go smoothly for potential and incoming employees. Collaborate with leadership on change management efforts related to M&A and organizational transformation. Create and implement talent retention, leadership transition, and communication strategies for acquired companies. Partner with business leaders to identify and develop high-potential talent, succession planning, and leadership readiness. Drive initiatives to build a high-performance culture, ensuring employee engagement and alignment with corporate strategy. Act as a liaison between the people M&A team and various other HR and partner functions to ensure a smooth and successful integration period. Qualifications: 6 years of progressive Program Management experience. Experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, and M&A, including HR due diligence and pre and post-merger integration. Strong business acumen, with the ability to align HR strategies with overall business objectives. Strong project management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities at once and delivering on Proven experience in developing and implementing HR transformations and strategies, initiatives, and programs that support organizational goals and objectives. Highly collaborative with the ability to quickly build strong and trusted relationships across leadership teams, cross-functional partners, and key stakeholders. Ability to influence and energy to get things done with an iterative approach and willingness to jump from strategy to development to change management to execution in order to scale programs aimed at driving business outcomes. Excellent business storytelling skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to translate "HR speak" and data insights into an accessible, influential narrative. Critical thinker and analytic-minded with success in developing data-driven solutions to the business. Business-first mindset with an ability to work at multiple levels of the HR stack driving strategic impact but with strong execution muscle to drive clear business outcomes.
