The role is wide-ranging and requires providing leadership and guidance on best practice and improving operational efficiency. Key accountabilities include: Responsible for all elements of client management Responding to escalated enquiries and achieving service standards Management and coaching of staff Analysing customer turnover and retention Monitor, review and analyse work volumes to improve performance standards Provide senior management with strategic planning and comprehensive reporting About You: You are commercially and financially astute, with exposure to the FX & CFD industry. You are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative and entrepreneurial environment. You possess strong communication skills and can build strong and credible relationships across a wide audience. Ideally, you are degree-qualified with your RG146 and have existing leadership experience. Fluent in both English & Mandarin is a MUST.
