About the Role As a Civil Estimator, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and contributing to the success of diverse infrastructure projects. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline 3 years of experience in civil estimating, with strong first-principles estimating skills Proficiency in Expert Estimator and Primavera software Experience in civil projects including structures, earthworks, and drainage Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong analytical and commercial acumen Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal Experience managing the full tender process, including subcontractor procurement, cost analysis, and programming Onsite experience highly regarded Why McCosker?
