ConsultANZ are seeking an experienced and hands-on Site Civil Supervisor to join a well-respected civil contractor operating across multiple sites in Auckland. This is a great opportunity for a capable leader with a solid background in New Zealand civil projects. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across multiple civil construction sites Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, labourers, and equipment Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations on-site Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports and site diaries Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow Lead toolbox talks and support ongoing team development and performance Requirements: Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor in New Zealand Proven ability to manage multiple work fronts Effective man-management and communication skills Practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving Sound knowledge of civil construction practices and safety protocols Competence with site paperwork and reporting Benefits: Competitive salary package: $120,000 – $130,000 NZD (negotiable based on level of experience) Work with a well-established and respected civil contractor Exposure to a variety of infrastructure and land development projects Supportive leadership team and opportunities for career progression APPLY NOW If interested or email jane.lara@consultanz.com.au to hear more about this opportunity.
