Responsibilities Lead flagship Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS) implementations end-to-end, from requirements gathering and model design to build, integration, testing, and post-go-live support. Deliver business-critical planning solutions with finance teams, including driver-based planning, workforce and CapEx planning, management reporting, and forecast cycles. Implement automations using Smart View, Data Management, Groovy rules, and EPM Automate; build forms, dashboards, and business rules for dynamic planning processes. Own client relationships: manage expectations, facilitate design workshops, deliver training, and guide clients through quarterly patch updates. Lead and manage multiple planning workstreams in a dynamic cloud environment; lead workshops and ensure timely delivery. What we’re looking for / Qualifications Strong functional experience with Oracle Planning Cloud (minimum two full project cycles). Hands-on design of model elements: calculations, allocation logic, Smart View, Data Management, forms, dashboards, and reports. Proven ability to connect planning solutions to source ERP data and other EPM modules. Strong communication skills; able to build trust with finance stakeholders and run workshops with clear documentation. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple planning workstreams in a dynamic cloud environment. Desirable Experience Accountancy qualification or financial background. Exposure to other EPM Cloud modules (FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, Tax Reporting). Experience migrating from Hyperion Planning to Oracle Cloud Planning; REST APIs and Groovy scripting experience.
