Job Description About The Role Own and drive initiatives from ideation through implementation at launch to support the global expansion of Luxury Escapes. Develop and execute a strategy to increase Luxury Escapes’ conversion rates and margin, particularly in international markets. Identify and fill product gaps and generating new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Design and deliver new product features using agile project methodologies, including feature backlog management, sprint planning and user story management. Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding within the organisation. Measure and report on crucial product metrics, making sure they are completed in a consistent and timely manner. Use data to better understand customer needs, optimise the product experience, and guide future product development. Collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including engineering, product design, data, and other product managers. Drive our experimentation roadmap to unlock the next wave of growth. Ensure every decision is backed by data and robust testing methodologies.
