Senior Asset Manager – JLL Location: Sydney, Australia Overview JLL is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to join our team. This position will drive the accounts Asset Management strategy for the account using CMMS tools and capital asset renewal/solutions products, based in Sydney, Australia. Responsibilities Support Accounts team to develop, manage and operate the asset management program for the account Ensures the asset team maintains the asset registers on account. Validating the registers for all required Asset Attributes and Specifications and render them in a format consistent with JLL’s CMMS Tools and Platforms. Developing account specific asset management process and governance in line with the JLL Engineering Operations playbook such as the Asset Data Collection and Validation guide Work with account vendor network to support asset data management and maintenance ensuring data quality and accuracy. Provide guidance and training to facilities staff on Asset Data Collection, Data Quality Checks and asset register accuracy Ensure CMMS (i.e. Corrigo) asset and PPM data is up to date by managing asset and property ons/offs Oversee the PPM schedule within the CMMS using the vendor network to provide maintenance plans in the required format and ensuring that it meets contractual and statutory requirements Drives asset data quality and verify the data accuracy between CMMS and LCAM, correct errors if needed Compile reporting to meet the requirements of the asset management assurance framework Use the CMMS and LCAM Analytics to track maintenance history and spend and highlight those assets and/or properties should be reviewed or investigated. Where required work with the Engineering Operations team to understand JLL requirements and best practice Asset management requirements. Reporting to support the build of asset management plans, forward works plans or capital works plans Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent Diploma (Electrical or Mechanical preferred) A demonstrated aptitude for the interpretation and analysis of engineering O&M and numerical data related to work orders, asset registers, asset performance, energy, emissions, or utilities context with an understanding of how they relate to the property and building management. Understanding of Maintenance Compliance, Australian Standards, Building Code of Australia requirements The ability to extract and analyse data into clear and logical reports with a particular attention to detail.
